Abstract
A hydrolyzed copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride loaded with the brilliant green dye has been synthesized and described by the methods of IR and UV spectroscopy. A film based on such polymer showed a chemisorption properties with respect to ammonia, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, but the film is inferior in these properties in comparison with films of polymethacrylic acid loaded with the same dye.

Abstract
A method for the preparation of diethylene glycol diester of synthetic oil acids by nanocatalyst that provides ecological purity and economic profitability is considered. The plasticizing properties of the synthesized diester have been studied and it has been found that the plasticat of the test ester has a higher plasticizing property than industrial dioctyl phthalate and dioctyl adipate, which is of interest as an effective plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride.

Abstract
The influence of the content of filler and the modes of laser action on the process of sintering of ceramic-polymer compositions based on modified polyvinylidene fluoride-2M was investigated. Ceramics of the lead zirconatetitanate system (ZTS-19M) were used as the filler. A comparative analysis of the quality of sintering has been performed on a number of parameters, depending on the composition and parameters of the laser treatment.

Abstract
We have investigated the influence of some organic substances on solid state polymerization of acrilamide under combine action of high pressure (0.5-2.0 GPa) and shearing deformation. Some substances don’t act on polymerization process, another one slow down the process; we can not fined no any substance, which accelerates polymerization. The influence of organic substances with spherical molecules was very weak. Aromatic substances demonstrate strong effect of speed reducing. Speed reducing effect increased with increasing of number OH-group in organic molecule. Molecules of aromatic substances destroy intensively crystal structure of monomer despite of spherical molecules.

Abstract
The mechanical properties and structure of composites filled with short basalt fibers (SBF) based on blend of polypropylene (PP) and metallocene ethylene-propylene elastomer (mEPE) are studied. It has been shown that the introduction of SBF in the PP/mEPE blend while ensuring good adhesion fiber-matrix by adding maleated polypropylene (MAPP) lead to significant increases in the modulus of elasticity and the tensile yield stress. When tested with notched specimens, the impact strength of PP/mEPE/SBF/MAPP composites improves with increasing fiber content. This trend is also observed in the case of un-notched specimens only at low test temperatures. To explain the observed phenomena, the influence of introduced fibers and test conditions on crack nucleation and crack propagation is proposed.

Abstract
Spectrophotometry and microscopy was studied comparative resistance to light and heat aging of monofilm, polyamide (PA) and multi-layer high barrier thermosetting film (MTSF), the structure of which, along with layers of PA also includes layers of high density polyethylene, copolymer of ethylene and vinyl alcohol, and adhesive. For this, film samples were exposed to unfiltered light of a mercury lamp at 50°C.It is established that a lower aging resistance has MTSF, in the case where there has been considerable decrease in transmittance in the ultraviolet and in the visible region of the spectrum. After 50-hour irradiation MTSF experiencing shrinkage is mainly due to the outer and inner layer of PA.

Abstract
The basic stages of the most widespread methods of manufacture of polymeric meshes by direct formation of a cloth of meshes by extrusion are considered. The analysis of work of a technological line of manufacture of nodeless polymeric meshes by extrusion of melt through apertures in rotating in opposite directions coaxial-located draw plates, and also extrusion head of this line extruder is made. The device and a principle of work of other type’s technological lines of domestic and foreign manufacturers are considered. Also work of experimental installation on the basis of one-screw extruder for formation a sleeve polymeric mesh from low density polyethylene is considered. The analysis of influence of melt temperature on durability of strands connection of workpiece mesh is made. The optimum temperature of melt for making of a quality mesh is defined.
