Abstract
The paper presents concentration dependencies of the adhesive strength (t) in the joints between a steel wire 150 μm in diameter and a modified epoxy binder. Polysulfones PSK-1 of various molecular mass (M) were used as the modifiers; PSK-1 concentration varied from 5 to 20 mass %. It is shown that the shapes of t-С curves are different for various M. In the case of М = 5000 and 10000, t does not depend on С; in the case of М = 17000 and 27000, the t - С dependence is a curve with a maximum. In the case of M = 35000 and 42000, the adhesive strength decreases with increasing C. The paper considers the factors affecting the measured values of t when modifying the epoxies with heat resistant thermoplasts.

The effect (impact) of laser radiation on the dielectric properties of polymethylmethacrylate at frequency of 50 kHz over a wide temperature range(interval). The authors have shown that the treatment (processing) of the samples with laser radiation leads to substantial changes in the dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent (tangent of the angle)

Abstract
The block polymerization of dimethacrylate of triethylene glycol obtained polymeric composites with the start of the modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes. Thermostability and microhardness of materials are studied. Is more stable the composite with addition of the nanotubes after annealing and treatment by hydrochloric acid.

Abstract
The effect of Ag2O on the thermophysical properties of epoxy composites was investigated. Thermal linear expansion coefficient of materials was also investigated that allows to use the developed materials in different temperature ranges. Thermal stability and structural features of materials under temperature increasing were studied by the method of differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetrical analysis. The activation energy of developed materials was calculated. By IR-spectral analysis investigated the nature of chemical bonds that formed during epoxy matrix structuring filled with silver oxide.

Abstract
This paper proposes a new approach to high-performance turning of thermoplastics. The essence of the approach is a combination of a conventional workpieces turning with simultaneous irradiation by nanosecond electromagnetic pulses. As a result, the structure of the material changes occur that lead to technological softening the surface layer, the presence of which is a prerequisite for increasing the cutting speed and efficiency of the process. Methods and apparatus are developed and patented processing for its implementation. The data of experimental studies confirming the effectiveness of the proposed technical solutions are presented.
