Abstract
The results of research of physicomechanical and reological characteristics of polymer nano-composites are presented. The influence of the concentration of natural mineral nanosized filler - vesuviane on the flow curves of the composite melt is established. The dependence of the melt viscosity of nano-composites on shear rate, temperature and concentration of filler is shown. The universal temperature invariant viscosity characteristics of composites are built.

Abstract
The procedure is proposed for quantitative analysis of the effect of the chemical structure of a polymer on a number of rheological characteristics of polymer melts: zero shear viscosity, storage and loss moduli, relaxation time, shear factor. Dependences of these characteristics on temperature, molecular weight, frequency of mechanical influence are taken into account. Polybutadiene, copolymers of polyethylene with polyalkyl methacrylates served as the objects of the study. The incorporation of branching into the polymer chain and increasing their length helps to reduce the viscosity, which is associated with a change in the glass transition temperature of the polymers. The relaxation time obeys the Arrhenius equation and increases with increasing molecular weight of the polymer.

Abstract
On the samples of peroxide-cross-linked polyethylene is studied, the structural parameters of crosslinking, the molecular weight between the nodes, the value of gel-fraction, the value and temperature dependence of the equilibrium modulus of high elasticity. It is shown that there is no growth of the equilibrium module with temperature for thick grids of the peroxide-cross-linked polyethylene type. A sharp decrease in the value of the equilibrium module under direct thermal effects on the system with the sample was found.

Abstract
The unsaturated polyketone was synthesized and its properties were studied. It was determined that the unsaturated polyketone is cured by dinitryle oxide and quinol ether (EKh-1), has limited compatibility with transformer oil and is compatible with dibutyl phthalate. Polymeric materials based on unsaturated polyketone cured by dinitrile oxide are characterized by increasing deformation with a decrease in temperature. A plasticizer resistant adhesive composition based on unsaturated polyketone and epoxy oligomers was created.

Abstract
The results of experimental studies on the effect of the polarity of the reaction medium on the kinetics of the polymerization of 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate. The features homophase and heterophase polymerization in a polar and non-polar organic solvents. Studied polymerization in water in the presence of different initiator systems, consider the influence of additives of organic solvents of different polarity and on the kinetics of molecular weight polymers.

Abstract
Cyclic oligoesters were obtained: oligooxypropylene phthalate (FO), -maleinate (MO) and succinimide (SE) by cationic polymerization of propylene oxide (OP) and epichlorohydrin (ECG) in the presence of dicarboxylic acid anhydrides: phthalic, maleic and succinic acid. It is shown that the biological activity of oligoesters increases in the presence of ions of various metals (K+, Ca++, Fe+++, etc.).

Abstract
The kinetics of peroxide cross-linking of polyethylene on change of torque moment in the oscillating - mode on the rotational viscometer is studied. The possibility of evaluation cross-linking kinetics in torque sizes is shown. Nomograms of achievement of complete cross-linking in various temperature and time are constructed. Emergence of process of destruction at long high-temperature influence is find out. Researches are executed in a temperature interval 165-215 ⁰С.

Abstract
The methodology of fractorgaphic analysis of fracture surfaces after tensile testing was developed for ED-20 epoxy based polymer. Fractogrpahic analysis was conducted using roughness and brightness of fracture surface, obtained by Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy. New insight on natural weathering mechanisms was obtained. The increase of the brittle fracture surface area was observed, which corresponds to the decrease of tensile strength, with the increase in length of the natural weathering.

Abstract
Evaluation of the curing kinetics of polyester resin and polymer concrete on its basis was carried out in time by measuring the microhardness and the width of sclerometric grooves within one month. On the front and back sides of samples from polymer concrete using a laboratory sclerometer, scratches were applied at various load levels on the indenter. It is shown that the gelcoat layer on the surface of the polymer concrete increases the scratch resistance, with the greatest sensitivity to the presence of gelcoat established at low loads on the indenter.

Abstract
The physical-mechanical properties of coatings based on nitrogen-containing monoalkyl(C8-C12)phenolformaldehyde oligomers, grafted with soybean oil have been investigated. Resistance to influence of static aggressive media has been studied. The test materials have been proposed as a possible protective hot curing coatings on metallic equipments, operated in alkaline, salt and dilute acid medium. The explanations and conclusions have been made.

The work investigated the influence of modifier content on the strength characteristics apoximately compositions. Aluminum oxide nanoparticles were used as modifiers. Conducted thermo-mechanical study determined the elastic modulus of the composites with different content of modifier.

Abstract
The influence of nanosilica (a known thickener of paints and plastics) on a number of performance characteristics of Epoxy-composite was studied. An increasing of of thermal (one-way heating in air) and chemical resistance (example of swelling in ether-acetate solvent) with the introduction of 1 wt% of nanosilica has been established. Starting from 120 m2 / g, the introduction of nanosilica allows to increase the adhesion to steel by 1.3-1.7 times. At the same time, after filling, there is no significant change in compressive strength and shear adhesion to steel. The specific surface area of SiO2 influences the shape of the compression fracture diagram, changing its character from the plastic two-step (for an unfilled and for 1% A-455, 455 m2 / g) to an elastic (for 200 m2 / g)

Abstract
The essence of the method of ultrasonic cutting with simultaneous welding of plastics is considered. The analysis of the methods of cutting polymeric materials made it possible to determine the main ones, including: a mechanical, heated tool, a gas jet, a high frequency current, and ultrasound. The possibility of manufacturing filter-sets of filaments by the method of ultrasonic cutting with simultaneous welding is established.
