Abstract
The physico-chemical properties of phenol-formaldehyde oligomers, modified by imidazolines based on distilled natural oil acids and diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetraamine, polyethylene polyamines have been investigated. The solubility of the synthesized oligomers in various solvents of polar and non-polar nature have been determined. Their thermal properties have been studied, the conclusions have been appropriated.

Abstract
It has been synthesized the esterosulfoimide on the basis of esters of sulfoimide of saccharin-6-carboxylic acid and glycerin. The prepared compound has been tested as a hardener of epoxide resin ED-20. It has been established that 2-hydroxypropyl-1,3- bis -esterosulfoimide of saccharin-6-carboxylic acid is the efficient hardener-plasticizer of epoxide resin ED-20.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of a study on the synthesis and development of a technology for the production of phosphorus-containing polymeric modifiers based on methacryloyl chloride with phosphorus-containing compounds. It is established that the phosphorus-containing polymeric modifier, as the stabilizer of the thermal destruction of industrial polymers of PVC and PP, has a high stabilizing effect.

Abstract
Manufacturers employing plastic parts routinely face the challenge of analyzing failed parts to determine the root cause and corrective actions. The tools used to perform this analysis often include infrared and Raman spectros-copy for chemical composition, UV-Visible spectroscopy for color and optical transmissivity, and thermal analysis for determination of physical properties. This paper describes a study utilizing all of these tools to determine why a plastic part used in a precision optical device failed when put into service.

Abstract
Y the methods of thermomechanical analysis (TMA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) in conditions for dynamic heating with speeds 2.5, 5 and 10 deg/min and under the isothermal conditions with temperatures 160, 170 and 180 °C is investigated the curing process of epoxy bonding agent and prepreg on the basis of fiberglass fabric. Are determined the degree of transformation at the point of gel formation and the formal kinetic parameters of process, calculated with the use of experimental data, obtained by methods DSC and TMA. Are shown differences with the comparison of the conversion dependences, obtained by calorimetric and rheological metods analysis.

Abstract
It is shown that electret polarimetry and the results of measuring the current spectra of thermally stimulated depolarization of TSD can be used to determine the quality and homogeneity of chemical (ozonide, peroxide, silanol, thermooxidative) and radiation cross-linking of high-HDPE cable polyethylene and low LDPE density. Radiation technology for the formation of a thick gradient of electrical conductivity in HDPE and LDPE of an electric-discharge gas of an EGR irradiated with soft X-rays is the most accurate method for measuring the mobility of electrons and holes με, ρ in radiation and chemically cross-linked cable HDPE and LDPE.

Abstract
Study of basalt and glass fiber-reinforced PE-RT flow properties was carried out. PE-RT-polymer reinforced with chopped fiber in amount of 18 wt.% and initial PE-RT were applied for the study. Comparison of viscosity-temperature isotherm and profile of the studied polymer compounds was conducted. It was indicated that compounds show different flow properties depending on used fiber type. Recommendations for injection molding of reinforced PE-RT were represented.

Abstract
Composites based on polypropylene modified montmorillonite prepared by mixing in a twin screw melt extruder of the company "Jiangsu Xinda Science & Technology". The structure of the composites was investigated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. It is shown that, compared with the unfilled polypropylene, modulus, toughness , melt flow index composites increases, and the time of combustion and the flame propagation velocity is decreased.

Abstract
The regularities of compaction and sintering of polyimide powder PI-PR-20 are considered, as well as the relationship of its characteristics with the compaction process and the processing regimes in products. An algorithm is proposed for the development of optimal modes for molding thermally stable monolithic products from powders of polyimides by the pressing method.
