Abstract
Organo-mineral composite materials based on sodium liquid glass, 2,4-toluene diisocyanate, epoxy oligomer and polyisocyanate have been prepared. The combination of the polymer and the inorganic component in the composites produced from liquid components, causes the formation of fine grain structure and good mechanical and thermal properties. The modulus of elasticity reaches to 1050 MPa, heat endurance 265oC; composites do not exhibit brittleness when compressed. The materials may find application in the building industry.

Abstract
It is proved that the modification potassium polytitanate of aminoacetic acid changes its dispersion and polydispersity and uniform distribution in the matrix, that along with the established involving aminogrups of aminoacetic acid in the formation of a structure during curing epoxy oligomer enhances the physical and mechanical properties of epoxy composites.

Abstract
The article presents the results of the development of techniques to increase adhesion properties of fluoropolymer ftorlon-4. Using the method of magnetron sputtering of aluminum fails achieve improved surface adhesion characteristics ftorlon-4 is about twice that associated with fluoropolymer defluorination and reduction of its inertness in the copolymerization to fluorine rubber.

Abstract
The structure and mechanical properties of mixtures based on polypropylene (PP) and metallocene ethylene-propylene elastomer (mEPM) are studied. It is shown that the introduction of mEPM (20-30%) in PP leads to a significant improvement in impact strength, frost resistance and elongation at break, but at the same time, the stiffness and yield strength in tension are reduced. It has been found that the use of mEPM with low ethylene content 14-15% makes it easier to form PP/mEPM blends with a uniform distribution of sufficiently small elastomeric particles due to increased compatibility between the polymer components of the mixture. Depending on the ability to initiate deformation of the PP matrix by different mechanisms, such small particles of elastomer effectively increase the impact strength at room temperatures, but with decreasing temperature (from room to -10 and -30оC), the toughness of PP/mEPM mixtures decreases quite rapidly, despite the much improved frost resistance of these mixtures over the initial PP.

Abstract
The process of synthesis of esters of oleic acid and aliphatic alcohols, as well as products of their interaction with nitrogen-containing monoalkyl(C8-C12)phenol formaldehyde oligomers to obtain a film forming materials with high physical-mechanical properties, has been investigated. The proposed structure of the synthesized compounds has been defined by IR - spectroscopy and their physico- chemical properties have been studied.

Abstract
In the article multifunctional resins weakly basic type are studied and investigated. Using of the amine and the thiourea anion exchangers polyethylenepolyamine promotes formation with ions of copper, nickel and others complex compounds. For the anion exchanger with predetermined properties - selective ability to ions of honey - as the amine was used thiourea and polyethylene polyamine. The influence of the reaction temperature, the ratio of the starting materials and others. The process of condensation of epichlorohydrin with the above amines and optimum conditions for obtaining anion exchangers.

Abstract
It is shown that the introduction of 0.1 - 2 wt% carbon nanotubes (CNT) leads to the formation of ferrous compositions with aggregate filler. Thus starting from 1 wt% inhomogeneous distribution leads to a sharp increase of viscosity and deterioration of operational properties. It is established that the introduction of 0.1 - 2 wt% CNT with the original and the oxidized surface does not allow to increase the studied strength properties (compressive and Flexural). However, the introduction of CNT allows you to increase resistance in chemically aggressive environment (concentrated nitric acid) and fire-resistance composites (growth with increasing concentration of CNT). These effects are better observed for CNT oxidized surface.

Abstract
The possibility of sintering ceramopolymer composites of different composition on the basis of modified polyvinylidenfluoride by a traditional method in the furnace is considered. As a filler, ceramics of the zirconate-titanate system of lead (ZTS-19M) were used. The estimation of sintering quality for a number of indicators is given; the optimum composition of the composite and the best mode of its sintering are determined.

Abstract
The heat of thermal decomposition of low density polyethylene (D Hd ) is determined by differential scanning calorimetry at heating rates ( b ) from 0.5 to 40 K/min. It is shown that D Hd increases with decreasing b, reaching a value of ~ 3000 J/g at b ≤ 1.0 K/min. One of the main reasons for the high values of the heat of decomposition can be the formation of products with low molecular weight under the experimental conditions.

Abstract
Technology production of rubber-bitumen compositions with rubber residues in form of small dispersion crumb have been developed and a properties of the received compositions have been researched. For production of asphalt concrete mixture a road bitumen and mineral powder have been modified. Covering allow in twice to decrease a level noise and vibration, to decrease a possibility formation of ice crust and to increase engagement. Thus the frost resistance and water resistance of asphalt bitumen is raise.

Abstract
The solid fraction (about 450 ° C) due to thermal degradation of recycled polyethylene obtained with aliphatic liquid fraction (450 - 600 ° C) and aromatic (> 600 ° C) hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbon fraction. The resulting liquid hydrocarbon fractions subjected to sulfonation to alkylsulfonates (anionic surface-active agents (surfactants)) used for enhanced oil recovery. The efficiency obtained alkylsulphonates.
