Abstract
In the work we investigated in detail the influence of temperature changes on the initial stage of polymerization in disperse composition of the polymer suspensions obtained by dispersion polymerization of styrene and glycidylmethacrylate. It is shown that when smooth regulation of the temperature at the initial stage of the dispersion polymerization, the formation of "secondary particles" does not occur and polymer slurry are characterized by a narrow distribution of particle size.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the investigation on ABS synthesis in the presence of maleic anhydride. It is shown that the increase of the modifier content in the range of 0.5 % wt. to 1.75 % wt. results in decrease of MFR, gel-fraction swelling index and increase of glass-transition temperature of the polymer.

Abstract
To discover the direct influence of technical nanocarbon on certain polymer networks, nanocomposites based on polyepoxyisocyanurate network systems of different structure were obtained. Mono-disperse carbon particles were obtained from chlorination of methane, realized in a flow reactor in a non-equilibrium mode with a deficit of chlorine. Dependencies of yield strength, stress relaxation etc. on wt. % of carbon nanoparticles were analyzed. It was shown that even small concentration of nanoparticles (1 wt. %), size of particles 20-25 nm. increased elasticity modulus up to 25-30%; at the same time relaxation properties were also improved. Such an improvement is concerned with a higher influence of interfacial interaction between polymer and nano-filler because of a large area of the surface layer.

Abstract
Copolymers based on 4,4'- dihydroxydiphenyl, phenolphthalein and 4,4'-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone were synthesized by the method of high temperature polycondensation. By IR spectroscopy been confirmed the structure of the synthesized copolymers. Physical, mechanical and thermal properties were investigated. It is shown that increase in the content of carded fragments leads to higher glass transition temperature and heat resistance of the copolymers as well as elastic and strength properties.

Copolymerizing divinyl sulfide with 2-methyl-5-vinylpyridine obtained as insoluble and soluble copolymers. At low divinyl sulfide contents in the initial mixture prepared copolymers spatial structure, raising its concentration leads to the formation of sol fraction resulting cyclopolymerize.

Abstract
Consideration is given to the flow and heat transfer in the process of impregnating the filler by a non-Newtonian fluid while molding of composite products in closed molds. The flow is described by the modified Brinkman equation. From a rheological standpoint, medium is a power law fluid. A single-temperature model is used as the energy equation. Viscous dissipation is taken into account. The problem is solved by a numerical method of finite differences. The influence of dissipation (Brinkman number) on the distribution of the weight average temperature along the length of the cavity at various Peclet numbers has been shown.

Glass temperature of hot-cured epoxy-siloxane composition has been evaluated using TMA, DMA, DCS and DEA. The influence of polymethylphenylsiloxane resin on the parameters of network and stress-strain properties of epoxy composition cured by 4,4'-diamindiphenylmethane has been studied.

Abstract
The influence of the filler content on the sintering process in the furnace of modified polyvinylidene fluoride of grade 2M was studied. As a filler, the piezoceramics of the system ZTS-19M were used.The content of the filler was varied between 50 and 66% by weight. Comparative estimates of the sintering quality for a number of parameters for composites of composition 1: 1 and 1: 2 are given. Based on the results of physical and chemical research methods, it is established that all the necessary requirements correspond to the composition 1: 2, when the filler concentration is 66% by weight.

Abstract
The article discusses the issue of improving the operational reliability and durability of polystyrene insulation boards through them reinforcement by glass cloth materials. The paper describes the principle of the design and constructions of reinforced polystyrene boards. The results of mechanical and climatic tests confirmed their increased strength, hardness, weather resistance and durability.

Abstract
The process of charging and discharging a porous dielectric material namely a polypropylene cylindrical filter was investigated. The possibility of effective discharge of the filter material during its production without applying of high voltage was studied. A new method for removing charge from the filter material during the synthesis was proposed. Such method can be effectively used in the manufacture of aerosol filters.
