Приведены данные о процессах релаксации в высокомолекулярных соединениях. Показана зависимость механических потерь от структуры полимерных систем. Исследовано проявление модификации полимеров в изменении их релаксационных свойств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Considered the question of the nature of the physical properties of polymeric materials. The data on the relaxation processes in the macromolecular compounds. The dependence of the mechanical loss of the structure of polymer systems.
